Welcome to the Cute Buys family! We know you’re vibrating with excitement to get your hands on your new goodies. Here is the lowdown on how we get our adorable treasures from our doorstep to yours.
1. Processing Times
We aren’t robots so we need a little time to pack your order with care.

Standard Processing: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sales, we might need an extra day or two to catch up. We appreciate your patience!
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
We try to keep things simple. Most items ship Free and within 1-6 business days.
3. Tracking Your Haul
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to obsessively refresh the tracking page until the package hits your porch. We don’t judge; we do it too.
4. International Shipping
We ship to most corners of the globe! Please be aware that Cute Buys is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are usually collected at the time of delivery.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check (and triple-check) your shipping address. If you accidentally send your package to your ex’s house because it was saved in autofill, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. If you catch a mistake before we ship, email us immediately at crrascoe@gmail.com and we’ll try to fix it!
6. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives looking like it went ten rounds with a professional wrestler, or if it never arrives at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and make things right.
